In the context of the completion of the study entitled: “FINAL HYDRAULIC STUDY OF SEWERAGE NETWORKS OF THE MUNICIPAL UNIT OF AIPIA, MUNICIPALITY OF MESSINA” and following the conditions that must be met according to the designer’s instructions, the MUNICIPAL WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE COMPANY OF MESSINA (M.E.W.S. Messina) is interested in purchasing a property in which the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WTP) of the Municipal Unit of Aipia will be installed.

The property must meet the following conditions, mandatory:

Be within the area depicted with a blue outline on the relevant satellite map excerpt (image 1).

More specifically:

1. It must be a parcel of land outside the boundaries of a settlement with a total area of ​​at least eight (8) acres, independent, or consisting of smaller areas of one or more owners,
2. It must be at least 1,000 meters away from the sea in a straight line,
3. It must be accessible from a rural road,
4. It must be adjacent to or connected to a stream at a close distance via a rural road and
5. It must not be a forest area according to the posted forest maps.

Interested parties must submit their Application – Offer in hard copy within twenty (20) days, accompanied by the following documents:

topographic map dependent on the EGSA 87 reference system,

The three-member negotiation committee appointed by No. 125/2024 ( ADA: 687ΞΟΕ5Ρ-ΙΝ) Decision of the Board of Directors of the Public Works and Public Works of Messina will meet to evaluate the offer on Wednesday, 12/03/2025 at 10:00 a.m.

SOCIAL PRICES

With the no. 2/2021 ADS of DEYAM, which was approved with the no. 7/2021 ADS of the Municipality of Messini, the company’s new social policy was formulated.

Specifically, a 30% discount on water consumption applies to the main residence for families with many and three children, provided that they have an income of up to €20,000 (as evidenced by the presentation of their latest tax return) and as long as they have minor children (up to 18 years ) or 24 years old who are studying in schools of higher education or in any other school of post-secondary education recognized by the Greek state or 28 years old and are unemployed (as evidenced by the corresponding documents of the Ministry of the Interior – O.A.E.D.).

The same discount applies to PWDs with a disability rate of 67% or more (as evidenced by the medical opinion of the KEPA) provided that they have an income of up to €20,000 (as evidenced by the presentation of their latest tax return) as well as for the needy (as defined by law and proven by the Social Welfare Service).

Beneficiaries must submit the corresponding supporting documents to the service every year. Please provide the required supporting documents for inclusion in the social tariff within 30 days of notification of this.

THE PRESIDENT OF D.E.Y.A.M:

Announces an open electronic tender with the criteria for the award of a Contract being the most economically advantageous offer – based on price, with a total budgeted value of €59,468.75 without 24% VAT, or 74,741.25 with 24% VAT and a delivery time of forty (40) days from signing the contract.

The tender will be conducted electronically on the website www.promitheus.gov.gr of the Greek Institute of Greek Studies, on March 31, 2023, Friday and the deadline for submission of tenders is 13:00.

The budget of this proposal amounts to the amount of € 4,774,861.80
