INVITATION:
FOR NEGOTIATION WITHOUT PRIOR PUBLICATION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES “for SUB-PROJECT 5: Expenditure for remuneration of a Principal Engineer“, concerning Sub project 1: “Construction of internal and external sewage networks of the settlement of Petalidi”

PROMISSION

For the Design Office “ZAFIRIOS N. STRAKALIS” with headquarters in Thessaloniki, at 27 Mitropoleos Street, P.C. 54624, main designer of the Project: “Construction of internal and external sewage networks of the settlement of Petalidi”, to submit through the ESIDIS website www.promitheus.gov.gr with No. 212499, until 11/03/2025, Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. an offer in accordance with article 4 II par. 4, which includes at least the supporting documents of article 80 concerning the reasons for exclusion of article 73 par. 1 & 2, the suitability to exercise a professional activity of article 74 par. 2 of Law 4412/2016, the supporting documents and financial offer, for the conclusion of a contract with a negotiated procedure without prior publication for the Service entitled: “PROVISION OF SERVICES FOR SUB-PROJECT 5: EXPENSE FOR THE FEE OF A BASIC DESIGNER concerning Sub-project 1: “Construction of internal and external sewage networks of the settlement of Petalidi”

The three-member negotiation committee appointed by No. 125/2024 ( ADA: 687ΞΟΕ5Ρ-ΙΝ) Decision of the Board of Directors of the Public Works and Public Works of Messina will meet to evaluate the offer on Wednesday, 12/03/2025 at 10:00 a.m.
