•      Copy of building permission with approval from the town planning for final water supply.

For a buildings before 1955

•      Water supply contract (filled electronically)
•      Police ID card, TIN
•      Certificate from the municipality for the age of the building and responsible statement of a licensed property installer
•      Property contract or E9 from tax office
•     D.E.I. receipt of home supply
•     Responsible statement of Law 1599/86 on the method of sewerage of the property.

For plots – estates

•      Water supply contract (filled electronically)
•      Police ID card, TIN
•      Property contract or E9 from tax office
•      D.E.I. receipt of home supply
•      Responsible statement of Law 1599/86 on the method of sewerage of the property.

Inclusion in the social tariff: a) disabled b) polytecny c) poverty

•      Copy of the last DEYAM bill
•      Police ID card, TIN
•      Certificate of marital status from the Municipality
•      Disability certificate from the primary health committee, stating the degree of disability
•      Responsible statement for permanent residence
•      Certificate of poverty from the Municipality

Water Reconnection

•      Water supply contract (filled electronically)
•     (completed electronically in the service)
•      Police ID card, TIN

Transfer – Replacement – Raising or lowering the supply

•      Application (fill in a form in the service)
•      The application must be approved by the service

Water supply interruption

•      Application (completed electronically in the service)

Change of consumer data

•      Responsible statement – application (granted by the service)

Account reduction
