The competition will be held on 26-02-2021, Friday at 13:15 at DEYA. Messini (Dimarchou Pavlou Ptochou Street) before the tender committee, D.E.Y.A. Messina and the bidding system has a single percentage discount on the invoice and budget prices, expressed in whole units (percent) according to article 95 par. 2a of Law 4412/2016.
In the competition are accepted, natural or legal persons or associations of them, that are active in the field of public works which are registered in the Register of Contractor Enterprises (M.E.P.) which is kept in the G.G.D.E. of ΥΠ.Υ.ΜΕ.ΔΙ., if they belong to the A1 class with a degree or higher for projects of the DRILLING category that are installed in:
(a) in a Member State of the Union
b) in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA)
(c) in third countries which have signed and ratified the GPA, in so far as the contract awarded is covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the general notes relating to the Association Appendix I to that Agreement; and
(d) third countries which do not fall within the scope of subparagraph (d) of this paragraph and which have concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures.
The validity period of the offers is 6 months from the expiration date of the submission deadline.
The total deadline for the execution of the project is set at Four (4) calendar months and starts from the day of signing the contract. The project is financed by SAE CREDITS 055 with 72,447.79 €. Advance payment will not be granted.
The costs of publications of this summary of the declaration are borne by the contractor (article 46 of Law 3801/2009).
